We take you wading mountain streams, casting large dry flies to hungry wild fish… Fish that respond with unrestrained ferocity on hook-up, go airborne, and blast off down-stream with bewildering speed…

Kayak Tours

Depart at 8am for a leisurely kayak trip down the Yuam River: a full day outing.

We drive north 30 kms to Mae La Noi, and turn west to intersect the upper Yuam River at Ban Huay Ku Pa. After a quick drinks break, we jump on our FeelFree Nomad sit-on kayaks, and paddle off down river.

Scenery is Karen villages, rolling hill country and farmland along hillsides and river terraces.

We meet the vehicle at lunch time, stop and enjoy a barbecue and salad plus choice of hot and/or cold drinks.

Options:

• Swimming at any deep pools we encounter
• Fishing anywhere there are fish

NB: Minimum of 2 persons.

Degree of Difficulty: Grade III – suitable for family groups – Nov / March.
